The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to your community.

SASSA will probably be rendering solutions such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency stated it is alarmed concerning the high amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the large number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The support place created for intervention encounters a high influx of likely beneficiaries, which more info makes it challenging for that Workplace to attend to all people status sassa who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more assets to empower the servicing of all shoppers and raise use of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
